Overview 

Equity Afia is a sustainable, integrated health model that is using franchising principles to train and monitor a network of Medical-Entrepreneurs to provide standardized, quality and affordable healthcare services throughout Kenya. Equity Afia plans to provide comprehensive outpatient services through an estimated 300 outpatient health facilities over the next few years. Our main goal is to ensure sustained improvement of the health and well-being of Kenyans by increasing access to and utilization of quality, affordable and standardized healthcare. 

Qualifications/Requirements 

• Bachelor Degree in Dental Surgery (BDS)
• Registered and with a valid license from Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council
• Certificate in Basic Life Support (BLS)
• At least One (1) year post-internship experience
• Proficient in computer applications
• Good communication skills

Job Locations 

The Dentists will be stationed at health facilities in the following locations: 

Busia, Kwale, Lamu (Mpeketoni), Iten(Elgeyo Marakwet), Chuka, Olkalau, Kericho, Isiolo, Garissa, Migori, Bomet, Nyamira, Oloitoktok, Mwingi, Wajir

• Certificate in Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience
• Proficient in computer applications
• Good communication skills
