The Nairobi Women’s Hospital is a 726-bed modern hospital serving over 340,000 outpatients and 20,000 inpatient customers annually. For more than 22 years, the hospital has grown to be a leader in healthcare in Kenya providing comprehensive, high-quality, affordable, and accessible care to customers of all genders and ages.

The Nairobi Women’s Hospital College is located along Kikuyu road, Dagoretti South Constituency, in the capital city of Kenya, Nairobi.  The college was established in June 2008 and has been approved by the Technical and Vocational Education and Authority of Kenya (TVETA). In October 2011, the Nursing Council of Kenya (NCK) accredited the college to train nurses under the Kenya registered Community Health Nursing Program. 

Job Description: 

Reporting to the Head of Department School of Nursing, this position is responsible for facilitating clinical teaching and improving nursing quality to nursing trainees on rotation, in line with both the College’s and Hospital's mission, vision, goals and core values. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis. Owing to the volume of applications, only shortlisted candidates shall be contacted for interviews. Canvassing will lead to disqualification. Qualifications: 

Applicants must be in possession of a Bachelor's degree in Nursing and with at least two (2) years work experience in a hospital setting of which 1 year must be in a similar position. Registered with the Nursing Council of Kenya, with a valid practicing License.
