Job Description:
Based in our Mombasa Unit and reporting to the Hospital Manager, this position is responsible for planning, organizing and execution of medical records activities in line with business objectives. The job holder will also ensure security and confidentiality of medical records and analysis of data captured to inform management decisions. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis. Qualifications:
Applicants must be in possession of a Diploma or Degree in Health Records and Information Technology. The position requires active knowledge of Health data management and reporting with excellent analytical skills. This position is responsible for the team including planning, control and organization of the team and will ensure the front office service is top notch in meeting and exceeding our customer needs. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 3 years cumulative experience, with 1 year in a similar supervisory position in a busy hospital setting.
